The answer depends on the insurer, never on the technology. Our signature already meets Canadian legal requirements. Each insurer still decides on its own to add it to its internal procedures. Here is where each one stands. And above all, how you can move yours forward. Their review is under way. ➢ Canada Life ➢ Industrial Alliance ➢ Beneva (SSQ) ⚠️ Until their answer is confirmed, use OneSpan for these insurers. ### Insurers whose status is not confirmed : We do not yet have an official position from these insurers. ➢ RBC Insurance ➢ Sun Life ➢ Empire Life ➢ Equitable ➢ UV Insurance ➢ Assumption Life ➢ Assurer & Go ⚠️ An insurer on this list has not refused our signature. Either nobody has submitted it yet, or the process has stalled. --- ### Move your insurer forward : What unlocks an insurer is the advisors' request, not ours. So you hold real leverage. ➢ Ask your insurer to review and accept the Tchat N Sign signature. ➢ Write to support to get the technical file to forward to them. ➢ Tell us which insurer is blocking you, and we will start the process. The more advisors raise this need, the wider our signature opens across the market. ### Meanwhile, your files keep moving : The Pro version includes 1,000 OneSpan signature envelopes per year. OneSpan is accepted by every insurer. ✅ No file is ever blocked, whatever the insurer. ### Compliance note : Our signatures use an AATL certificate, the trust list recognized by Adobe. That certificate gives them a legal presumption of validity under the LCCJTI. Tchat N Sign is built for the Quebec context: data hosted in Quebec, Law 25 compliance, full traceability of consents and communications. All of it aligns with AMF expectations and the Code of ethics. We use the same certificate authority as the platforms insurers already recognize. There is therefore no technical reason to refuse our signature.
