Before resending the invitation, a few quick checks are in order. #### Initial Checks Confirm the following: 1. Your contact's email address is correct in Tchat N Sign 2. Your contact has checked their spam or junk folder ⚠️ If the email address is incorrect, update it first before resending the invitation. --- #### 1. Find the Conversation 1. Click on **Conversation** in the black top navigation bar of your Tchat N Sign 2. Resend the Invitation 1. This may trigger spam filters. ➢ Let your contact know a new email is on its way.
