This process is essential for maintaining accurate client data and ensuring proper communication tracking. **Important considerations before unmerging:** ➢ Review the impact summary carefully before confirming the action ➢ All associated activities and properties will be redistributed to their original contact records ➢ This action cannot be undone automatically—contacts would need to be merged again manually if needed --- ### 1\. Locate the Merged Contact Navigate to your **Contacts** menu and search for the contact you need to unmerge. You can use the search bar to quickly find the contact by name. **Tip:** Merged contacts display a "Merged" label in the Sources section of the contact record.
